Consultation

A 45min session covering a full review of current medical and health history, discussion on nutritional and fitness concerns and goal setting followed by a summary of recommendations.

Follow-Up

For added accountability and guidance, individuals will arrange an in studio, 30 min follow up session to discuss challenges, objectives, direction and more.

One-on-One Training

A focused, unique and personalized fitness session between you and your trainer.

$40 - $69 per session


Training for Two

A fun, affordable and energetic workout session to share with your friend, partner or family member.

$30 - $42 per person


Group Fitness

Take your workouts outdoors for an energetic and motivating workout without losing focus on individualized form and ability.
